My Cheltenham based client are looking for a secretary to provide essential support to their Partners and teams on a full-time basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic work environment, then this could be the role for you!
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Manage diaries effectively, arranging meetings and travel with forward planning.
2. Handle daily correspondence and administration tasks.
3. Regularly liaise with the fee-earning team regarding clients, meetings, billing, etc.
4. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming queries, both internally and externally.
5. Be involved with new client procedures and on-boarding.
6. Maintain relevant databases and manage the progress of various projects.
7. Plan and organise team events.
8. Provide holiday cover for the secretarial team.
9. Take notes in internal meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 1 to 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience relevant to this role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Flexible with a can-do attitude and strong initiative.
4. Confident and able to stay calm under pressure.
5. Good geographical knowledge.
6. Experience with document management systems is advantageous but not essential.
