My Cheltenham based client are looking for a secretary to provide essential support to their Partners and teams on a full-time basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic work environment, then this could be the role for you Day-to-day of the role: Manage diaries effectively, arranging meetings and travel with forward planning. Handle daily correspondence and administration tasks. Regularly liaise with the fee-earning team regarding clients, meetings, billing, etc. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming queries, both internally and externally. Be involved with new client procedures and on-boarding Maintain relevant databases and manage the progress of various projects. Plan and organise team events. Provide holiday cover for the secretarial team. Take notes in internal meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience relevant to this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Flexible with a can-do attitude and strong initiative. Confident and able to stay calm under pressure.
