Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis. You will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration duties. Flexibility around hours from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business. Key Duties: Support with Company Secretarial Matters Updating and maintaining CRM and databases Maintaining accurate records Handling daily administrative tasks including data entry and inbox management liaise with department to obtain accurate information for customers Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback The right person: Previous Administration experience Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas Keen to learn and develop new skills Highly organised Good eye for detail Excellent communication skills Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks If this role is of interest, please submit your CV for consideration.
