We are recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Co-ordinator to join our Head office team to support Head of Operations.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience as a Registered Manager, has great time management, is honest, reliable, and organised.
Salary: The salary is £29,411.20 per annum
Location: Head Office base but will be working at all our properties in the Erdington and Sutton Coldfield area.
Hours: 35 hours per week. 8.30am until 4.00pm (1/2-hour unpaid lunch break)
Role summary: The role of the Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator is to carry out audits within all Lisieux Trust properties and work with the Head of Operations to ensure every service is compliant with CQC requirements, Health & Safety regulations, and the organisations internal quality standards.
You will liaise with the Head of Operations to ensure that the organisation’s processes and procedures are being applied effectively in each service.
