Proposed Interview Date: W/C 13th January 2025 The role As the Enrolment and Progressions Officer, you will be providing an effective, timely and fully comprehensive support function to the funded learning department at TLF. The scope of the role will be varied and cover all aspects of enrolment, follow up, tracking and administration tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork relevant to learners is fully completed and submitted to compliance in a timely manner. Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that TLF meets its contractual requirements, ranging from the submission of valid and eligible claims, to ensuring that we embed sustainable development in all our practices and developments. The right fit You must have experience working in a similar role, in a target driven environment. You’ll need previous experience with ESFA funded programmes such as Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Budget, Study Programme and Skills Bootcamp. Willingness to learn and develop skills with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll need strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately deal with data. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbally. You’ll have a strong knowledge of IT systems. Ability to use initiative and judgement when problem-solving whilst following procedures.
