Legal Counsel (Property) A leading multinational specialist social care services provider is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join their In-House Legal Team. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a small, close-knit legal team working on a wide range of domestic and international legal matters that arise in a multinational group with an ambitious growth strategy. The role will focus on managing property portfolio transactions, including lease negotiations and renewals, property sale and purchase transactions, lease surrenders, licenses to occupy, Service Level Agreements and other associated agreements. In addition, it will also support the Senior Legal Counsel with general commercial and corporate matters; reviewing, drafting, and amending a wide range of commercial agreements and providing assistance with acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships. To be considered for this role it is essential that you are an England and Wales Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE gained from working in-house or within a well-regarded firm.
