?We are currently partnering with a Social Housing provider, who are recruiting for a Senior Scheduler to join their repairs team, and provided supervisory expertise in a scheduling environment.
This role is on a minimum of a six month contract, however there is a chance for this to be extended for a further six months.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £29,749 per annum, and offers hybrid working and flexible working opportunities.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Lead and manage a scheduling support within a Housing environment, covering both planned and reactive works
* Ensuring work is scheduled correctly based on prioritization
* Overseeing diaries to ensure no works clash and a manageable load is allocated
* Monitoring the progress of work and services, both in house and sub contracted works
* Liaising with operatives to close down and complete jobs on in house systems
Experience required:
* Management experience in an administrative or scheduling style role
* Experience monitoring KPIs and performance
