The post holder will have strong communication, influencing and relationship skills and have experience of working with a diverse range of people and services and be adept in working across organisational and sectoral boundaries. Demonstrable experience of working in co-production with people with lived and living experience of accessing mental health services, and people who give care is also a requirement for the successful post holder.
