The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, nurturing leads and supporting the sales team by arranging product demonstrations slots. The role requires confidence in client calling, strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate CRM records. Key Responsibilities Proactively contact inbound leads to schedule demos for Account Executives. Conduct calls using warmed-up data from online and offline marketing campaigns. Re-engage lapsed or long-term leads who have previously shown interest. Manage Account Executives’ diaries and coordinate booked demos efficiently. Send electronic contracts and follow up to ensure timely completion. Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all interactions and customer details are accurately documented. Build and sustain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting the company’s software as the ideal solution. Answer basic product queries and ensure a positive experience throughout the pre-sale process. Experience & Skills Required Previous experience in either client calling, telemarketing or inside sales. Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail. Confidence in handling objections and converting interest into action. A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
