Experience
Essential criteria
* Extensive clinical knowledge in the care and management of the acutely ill/ complex care / palliative care / intermediate care patient within and outside of hospital.
* Proven track record in acute care supporting Adults & Children or pediatric background.
* Evidence of personal development.
* Knowledge of Risk Management.
Desirable criteria
* Previous experience of remote video assessment or telephone triage service.
* Experience of managing and delivering sustained change.
* Experience of working with Care Home Teams.
Qualifications
Essential criteria
* RGN with current NMC registration.
* ENB 998.
* Evidence of assessment & Triage of Children.
* Significant experience in managing acute conditions.
* Ability to travel to various locations between Tameside and Glossop.
Desirable criteria
* Working towards a degree in a relevant healthcare topic.
Other
Essential criteria
* Willingness to undertake further training as and when needed.
* An interest in Digital Health Care.
* Committed to professional and personal development.
