PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join as Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planners. The planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance scheduling, and machine history data. They serve as the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, extracting information to support the site engineering manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as the site SME (Subject Matter Expert) on CMMS software, train the local engineering team, and escalate issues to the EU team as needed.
· Ensure the system complies with EU standards and participate in EU projects and improvement programs for new functionalities, procedures, scheduling, or reports.
· Accurately record equipment, spare parts, and minimum stock levels in the system to ensure technicians have necessary parts.
· Use the system to forecast and assign preventative maintenance tasks to technicians, ensuring high equipment availability.
· Collect equipment data, performance metrics, and machine histories to recommend improvements.
· Manage spare parts inventory, place and track orders, and collaborate with procurement to find savings or efficiencies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Relevant experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and auditing, either as a hands-on engineer or planner.
* Experience with CMMS software.
* Proficiency in MS Excel core functions.
* Experience managing spare parts inventories.
* Fluent communication skills in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
* Experience with Infor EAM platform.
* Experience implementing a new CMMS system.
* Experience delivering training or coaching others.
