Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time applicants will be considered) Key Responsibilities: CIPD Qualification: Must be CIPD qualified at level 5 or 7 (minimum). Complex ER Casework: Support complex Employee Relations (ER) casework, including medical cases. Knowledge of NHS and Managing Health and Performance Standards (MHPS) is preferable. Mediation and Facilitation: Utilise mediation and facilitation skills to resolve conflicts and improve team dynamics. HR Business Partner: Act as an HR Business Partner to support clinical and operational teams with complex HR queries. Absence and Wellbeing Reduction: Lead best practices in supporting absence and wellbeing reduction projects, including leadership development and coaching. Ideal Candidate: Strong background in HR with relevant CIPD qualifications. Experience in handling complex ER casework, particularly within the NHS or similar healthcare settings. Excellent mediation and facilitation skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively as an HR Business Partner. Demonstrated experience in leading projects focused on absence and wellbeing reduction. Working Model: Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days onsite a week. Flexibility to support both full-time and part-time applicants. Subsided parking.
