The Role: You will be part of a multiskilled team working with our residential energy customers with tasks including but not limited to: - Data Entry - Handling customer queries - Inbound & Outbound calls - Sales Processing Full training will be provided and previous experience, although desirable, is not essential. Work Pattern: Monday - Friday Shift rota: 09:00 to 17:00 & 09:30 - 17:30 on a rotational basis The role will be hybrid, initially office based until training is completed and then working from home rota will be confirmed.
