Excellent opportunity for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join a well-established and growing company based in Tewkesbury.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
Location: Tewkesbury
Job Type: Full-time 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.

They partner with resellers and AV integrators to provide top-quality products and solutions that meet their needs. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their team and drive sales growth within a set of named reseller accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
The Creative Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and written content across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and enhancing our company’s online and offline presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, cheat sheets, and competitive comparisons.
2. Manage and oversee the creation of other marketing content, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items.
3. Work with our suppliers to understand their technologies and sales focus, integrating this information into effective marketing materials.
4. Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers.
5. Assist with the planning and execution of events, product launches, and promotional activities.
6. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the company’s marketing efforts innovative and effective.
7. Live and breathe the Solstice Distribution Ltd culture, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company's vision and values.
Qualifications:
1. Qualification in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
