Mental Health Recovery Worker
Location: Lincoln, UK
Full Time 37.5 hours per week with varied shift pattern
£12.00 per hour and excellent benefits / £23,000 plus Sleep In Allowance of £62.50 adding an extra £3000 per year to your salary.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one support to individuals in recovery, helping them to set and achieve personal goals.
2. Conduct assessments and develop tailored support plans in collaboration with clients.
3. Facilitate group sessions and workshops to promote recovery and personal development.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and interventions.
5. Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
6. Encourage and support clients in accessing community resources and services.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making adjustments as necessary.
8. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience in a recovery or support role, within a mental health or substance misuse context.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Understanding of recovery principles and person-centred approaches.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. Relevant qualifications in health, social care, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care).
7. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
8. Proficient in using IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.
