The ideal candidate will have experience working on tender submissions, with the ability to keep to tight deadlines. They will work well independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate and manage the complete tender process to final submission.
2. Access portal notifications/written notifications and distribute PQQ & tender information to Management.
3. Read and break down all tender questions to assist staff in writing relevant responses.
4. Produce all tender supporting documents, tender submission documents and quote presentations.
5. Collate Company collateral for submission to maintain Company accreditations.
6. Update and maintain tender information library.
7. Create quotes on Salesforce CRM, working with the design team to ensure quantities and rate plans are accurate.
8. Prepare client-facing documents in InDesign for the submission of quotes.
9. Prepare documentation for Supply Only Orders and submit it to our Contracts Team.
10. Cover other Bid Coordinator’s duties during holiday leave and busy periods.
11. Cover overflow from Customer Support/Marketing by answering telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner, assisting with any customer queries, or re-directing calls to the appropriate department.
12. Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined above, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.

Hours of work
Full-Time – 36 hours a week
Part-time hours may be considered, minimum of 32 hours.
