17. Work both on a 1-2-1 and whole class basis with students

Essential:
18. 2 references from the last 5 years (including a full child-based safeguarding reference)
19. Experience working with children with SEN
20. Knowledge of the Primary curriculum
21. Experience in primary or SEN school settings

22. Up-to-date DBS registration on the update service
