Responsibilities:
* Driving operational excellence in the delivery of client services.
* Monitoring data accuracy and completeness and conducting data reviews as required.
* Ensuring service is delivered to client satisfaction within compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Developing knowledge of risk management practices.
* Assisting with oversight of the operational requirements of the local Private Client team.
* Maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, building client relationships that deliver a strong understanding of client requirements.
* Leading communications with clients at all levels knowledgeably and professionally.
* Identifying and proposing new opportunities to sell Ocorian services.
* Developing your ability to work independently with larger/more complex clients.
* Building your internal and external network and collaborating with others.
* Managing and motivating a team, empowering them to deliver high calibre work in line with client expectations.
* Tracking and monitoring work allocated to the team, ensuring work is delegated to team members commensurate with their abilities.
* Reviewing the quality of the team’s work and providing feedback on performance.
* Actively participating in all people activities such as recruitment and performance management.
* Driving profitability and implementing procedures for appropriate financial management.
* Ensuring billing and cash collection is actioned in a timely manner.
* Developing the Ocorian business by meeting or exceeding targets.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in Trust and Company administration.
* Qualified to professional level or equivalent such as STEP/CGI.
* Meets the required standard as set by the local regulator.
