Job Description: Prepare and cook dishes, oversee station, maintain quality, communicate with team, develop menus, maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Commis Chef, knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety and sanitation practices, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities.
