Job summary Village Health Group (VHG) is a large multi-site GP Practice in Rushcliffe, South Nottinghamshire. The 4 sites are located at Keyworth, East Leake, Ruddington & Sutton Bonington. Main duties of the job We are looking to recruit full /part time Receptionist positions. Applicants must be organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to greet patients and answer telephones in a confident, professional and courteous manner, direct calls, take messages, and provide a first class service to patients of the practice. Administration experience in a fast-paced environment is essential, with the ability to think on your feet and demonstrate a pro-active approach to problem solving. The successful candidates will also need to be able to travel to any of the 4 sites as required, so a driving licence and access to transport will be essential. About us A background in a related administrative role would be useful but is not essential, but a desire to learn is a must. The successful candidates will need to have a flexible approach and be able to work in a busy team at any of the 4 sites as required.
