Job Description:
Our Global Mobility Services team works with a range of dynamic businesses, from those going global for the first time to companies with established expatriate programmes. You will be joining a dynamic practice with true global scale, deep technical capabilities, and extensive industry expertise assisting our corporate clients with the challenges of working globally. What makes our services different is how we work with our clients. We pride ourselves in adopting a relationship-led approach in all the services we provide.
A look into the role
As a Tax Manager within our Global Mobility team, you will:
1. Advise a wide range of clients on Global Mobility matters
2. Manage a large varied clients portfolio - helping clients save costs, introduce efficiencies and mitigate risk
3. Support in relation to tax residence analysis, documentation, and tax computations
4. Support the development of more junior team members
5. Have some years’ experience of Global Mobility
6. Demonstrate a current knowledge of UK tax legislation and common Global Mobility themes
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Global Mobility Tax Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is UK tax knowledge and confidence managing a portfolio of clients.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way:
1. A professional qualification (ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
2. Knowledge of a wide range of Employer Solutions topics
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills working directly with clients and the wider team
4. Analytical with a good attention to detail
5. Excellent organisational skills and be motivated and eager to learn
