Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the administration of NEBOSH, IOSH, and IEMA courses for clients and customers worldwide. You will manage a caseload of clients and customers, providing comprehensive post-sales support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships with key contacts, providing the best customer service experience keeping them informed of learner progress from registration to certification.
2. Issue joining instructions to clients (In-Company) and customers (Open) courses.
3. Prepare course paperwork to include planning sheets and attendance records.
4. Ensure course trainers receive course materials and arrangements.
5. Confirm delegate numbers with Open venues.
6. Gather all post-course feedback for continuous improvement.
7. Update relevant job files and digital systems.
8. Manage delegate practical assessment submissions.
9. Prepare and issue certificates to clients/students.
10. Manage inboxes, respond to student queries by telephone and e-mail.
11. Assist colleagues with the administration of their courses where required.
12. Provide cover for colleagues during annual leave/sickness absence.
Essential Skills Required:
1. Excellent understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
2. Excellent word-processing skills.
3. Attention to detail - accuracy.
4. Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated.
5. Strong initiative and ability to work to tight deadlines and fluctuating workload.
6. Excellent English skills both written and verbal.
7. Team player in addition to ability to work unsupervised.
8. Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
9. Results focused.
Desirable:
1. Previous experience working in a training company.
