Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our busy Fleet Compliance Team at Hilton. In this role, you will provide vital clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Word processing and general administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including Vehicle Maintenance and Driver Files
* Handling telephone and reception duties in a professional manner
* Assisting a wide range of customers with queries and support
About You:
* Previous experience working in an office environment is essential
* Strong IT skills are required, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel highly desirable
* Experience using Fleet Management Systems would be an advantage
* A team player who is adaptable, organised, and enjoys a varied workload
* Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
