Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an excellent customer experience driving high levels of satisfaction
2. Work within a wider delivery team
3. Collaborate with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer
Requirements:
1. Pro-active and engaging individual
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Strong administration skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Customer service experience
6. Experience of CRM systems preferred, but not required
