* Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
* Upholding our ethos as the friendliest practice in the area
* Managing and implementing HR policies for a valued team including supporting mental health
* Resolving challenges swiftly to maintain excellent client service
* Recruiting, training, rota and holiday management
* Managing your own schedule to achieve operational goals.
Key Requirements:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, encourage, and manage the team effectively.
* Proven team management experience.
* Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
* Dedication to building strong relationships with clients and the team.
