The Role

As a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You'll be responsible for a complex offer management piece related to contingent workforce conversions. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end to end processes for client roles. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities
We will rely on you to:
* Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them
* Manage complex offer processes (related to Contingent Conversions)
* Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
* Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
* Lead vacancy consultation discussions and deliver excellent candidate experience
* Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
* Proactively manage the future demand by facilitating demand planning meetings to discuss forecasts with client resourcing lead team
* Support development of Assessment Centre plan, where needed
* Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers
* Actively participates in, or co-ordinates projects outside direct remit of responsibility
* Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status and requisition updates are tracked in real time in all relevant systems
* Ensure compliance with legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP, data management techniques or similar local legislative requirements)
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
Must Haves:
* Experience of end to end recruitment delivery with expertise in the investment banking sector
* Experience in complex offer management
* Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
* Understanding of attraction strategies and candidate sourcing strategies
* Experience of using recruitment technology
* Market mapping of critical roles
* Working knowledge of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP)
Nice to Haves:
* Experience within Early Careers & Campus environment
* Experience within contingent hiring
* Experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation
* Previous experience of working in a senior administrator / coordinator role
* Experience of using databases
