Job Description
* Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
* Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
* Manage the procurement process for all project-related items and services.
* Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness.
* Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
* Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
The Successful Applicant
* A successful Pre-Construction Manager should have:
* A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction/Housing refurbishment sector.
* Strong understanding of the Pre-Construction phase, including design, procurement, and planning.
* Excellent leadership and project management skills.
* The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
