Marrow House is a bed-based service that offers vital assessment, therapy and short-term care and support for adults with Dementia. The service support vulnerable adults to maximise their independence in a residential setting with a view to returning people home with improved skills to manage safely at home wherever possible. The role offers a gateway into social care services but also offers opportunity to work with NHS services through an onsite multi-disciplinary team. Hours are flexible and can be required during the day, evening or during the night depending on your availability and the needs of the service. Support and training will be available to support you to support our adults in the best possible way and help you gain valuable skills you can take throughout your chosen career.
