Estates Supervisor
This is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working, honest, flexible, and dependable person to join our friendly and busy Estates team as an Estates Supervisor at our Witney campus.
Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and general maintenance of the campus to ensure the safe and efficient running of the college facilities. You will provide a proactive response to our customer's needs and ensure high cleaning standards so that all premises are always presented in an immaculate state.
You will need to be a self-motivated individual, with good team leading and organizational skills, as well as strong communication skills. A good understanding of the services offered and provided by an estates team, along with experience working with contractors in an Estates/Facilities environment is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in a building trade, commercial cleaning, or security of large sites.
2. A clean driving license and own transport to travel between college sites.
You should have an enthusiastic and positive manner with the ability to work to deadlines and great attention to detail and accuracy. You will be expected to observe safe working practices and should have a good understanding of health and safety laws. We will support you in obtaining relevant qualifications.

Salary: £29,654 - £31,611 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day
