Freedom Care is a growing company that has been providing services to parents, social services and the NHS for over 20 years. In this time we have grown into a multi-faceted organisation offering bespoke solutions based around a broad range of services. People are at the heart of our business, both in terms of the clients who receive our services and the staff that deliver them. As such, Freedom places great emphasis on the wellbeing of its staff and the support they receive in their role. The provision of caring and compassionate services does not simply require people with these attributes but the necessary skills and abilities to deliver them. We therefore ensure all our staff are equipped with the necessary training to perform their roles with confidence and to grow as individuals. To aid our teams we have also invested heavily in information technology to allow your energy too be focused on the key tasks.
