Cover Supervisor - January 2025 - Swindon

Your role involves:
1. Create and maintain a positive learning environment
2. Engaging with students and facilitating productive class sessions
3. Controlling classroom behavior in line with the school's behavior policy
4. Presenting a lesson with the resources provided (no subject knowledge required)
We offer competitive pay ranging from £120-£140 per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, with flexible days to accommodate your availability. Whether you can commit to a full week or just a few days, we'll work with your schedule.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with young people aged 11-16 (preferred)
2. A Levels in relevant subjects
3. Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references
4. Legal right to work in the UK
5. No prior teaching experience is necessary, but enthusiasm, communication skills, and a minimum of A Levels (preferably in English, Maths, Science, Business, Drama, Psychology, Humanities, or Sports) are desired
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll work in secondary schools, overseeing various subjects and ensuring the smooth delivery of lesson plans.
