✨ Who do we do?
At Hammer Missions, we develop software and AI systems for drones used in building inspections, to power the future of safe virtual inspections & digital maintenance. Having deployed our software with key building engineering firms, we are quickly expanding into the US market and looking for an experienced & passionate Account Executive to join the team. You will be working very closely with senior executives and business development managers in this role and will be identifying and closing commercial opportunities from beginning to completion.
This is an opportunity to be a part of the core team, advance commercial opportunities and play a significant role in shaping the future of aerial robotics used in building safety.
🔍 What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced sales professional to:
1. Accelerate the nurturing and closing of sales opportunities.
2. Develop key relationships with building engineering firms using drones.
3. Be a key player in expanding our market presence, particularly in the US.
💪 Responsibilities | What You'll be Doing
Sales & Business Development
* Lead outbound sales initiatives with a strong focus on the US market.
* Leverage existing networks in the AEC to identify and engage potential clients.
* Qualify, nurture, and close high-value enterprise business opportunities.
* Lead discovery calls, demo sessions and contract negotiations.
* Hold a $1M sales quota over 12 months, with the ability to track and exceed quotas.
Client Engagement & Travel
* Travel every 6-12 weeks to US for trade shows, meetings, and presentations
* Attend industry events, tradeshows, including speaking engagements and panel discussions.
* Contribute to podcasts and work with our marketing team to expand brand awareness.
Reporting & Analytics
* Build and maintain a comprehensive sales analytics dashboard.
* Deliver detailed monthly sales performance reports to the leadership team.
* Develop strategies to monitor and improve sales performance month over month.
✨ Qualifications | What We're Looking For?
Experience & Expertise
* 10+ years of sales experience in AEC market, with a focus on civil and structural engineering.
* Proven track record of closing 6-figure contracts with enterprise clients in AEC.
* Background in selling high-ticket, deep tech products to enterprise clients.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
* Strong exposure to the US market and familiarity with its nuances.
* Experience with trade shows: Speaking engagements, Panel discussions, Client meetings.
Skills & Abilities
* Ability to create compelling offers, negotiate deals, and manage long-term relationships
* Skills in consultative selling of high-ticket products and services.
* Comfortable working in a fast paced digital environment using a plethora of sales tools.

* An understanding of the fast-paced environment of a tech startup.
* Aspirations to grow into a sales leadership role.
