Join Morgan Sindall Infrastructure as a Creative Designer
Are you creative and passionate about turning visions into innovative designs? Our communication team, composed of trusted creators and advisors, partners with the business to support delivery. As a creative designer, you will be instrumental in creating materials that support internal and external campaigns, aligning with brand and campaign guidelines.
This role offers an exciting journey with opportunities to support and lead projects. Based within our energy and water business unit, you'll also have the chance to work across all business areas, creating digital and print graphics.
We aim to connect people, places, and communities through innovative and responsible infrastructure. You'll be part of telling the story of how we keep the UK connected, witnessing some of the largest and most advanced infrastructure projects across the country.
Previous experience in construction and infrastructure sectors is not required.
Your Responsibilities
1. Create artwork from briefs, including banners for award ceremonies, product launches, offers, campaigns, display adverts, and email assets.
2. Collaborate with social media and digital creators to develop content such as images, videos (reels), and graphics.
3. Manage photography and videography, including asset collection and management.
4. Perform photo editing and manipulation.
5. Provide support for events, including creating artwork, materials, videography, and photography before, during, and after events.
6. Lead projects with support from the communications business partner or head of communications.
7. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, and suppliers.
Desirable Skills and Attributes
* Proficiency in design and photo editing software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
* Strong creativity and innovation.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
* Experience with product photography.
* Ability to manage projects and workflow effectively.
* Ideally, over two years’ experience in an in-house or creative agency setting.
