Salary: £18k + Uncapped Commissions
Working Hours: Full-Time/Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for buying applicants, guiding them through buying and selling process.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and buyers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
3. Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
4. Provide market insights and professional advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
5. Manage and update property listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness if needed.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in estate agency or sales is highly desirable, but not essential.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
