Senior Commercial Manager (Performance)

Are you passionate about caring for the environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Assets Commercial team as a Senior Commercial Manager for performance. Reporting to the Lead Commercial Manager, you will be the focal point to develop and deliver o working with your colleagues to deliver our commercial performance targets and drive constant improvement within our programme.
You will be taking the lead to develop and implement performance management systems and processes, to improve project outcomes.
In this role, you will design and implement financial strategies and processes to ensure successful project outputs, including forecasting and budget compliance. You will report and act upon data relating to key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project budgets and schedules are aligned and meet quality standards.
You will collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to identify areas for commercial improvements and implement corrective actions and ensure supplier relationship management processes are in place and adhered to, providing feedback and recommendations to senior leadership.
You will prepare and present performance reports to senior management and stakeholders based on data analytics and stakeholder engagement sessions and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within our capital delivery frameworks.
About you
If you have experience in a performance related delivery role, within a supplier partner relationship environment, we want to hear from you.
You will have experience implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) or Service Level agreements (SLAs) within Construction contracts and a track record in improving Contractor performance through strong relationships and best practice approaches.
You will have strong communication skills and be confident delivering presentations to all levels of stakeholders from team members through to directors and external partners.
You will have experience with performance metrics in a construction portfolio environment and experience of managing small teams, ideally with data collection and analysis focus.
