Role: Security Project Manager
Location: Yorkshire and Midlands
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Vehicle + Pension + Healthcare + Social Plans
Technical Resources are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Security Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple security projects across sites in the Yorkshire and Midlands regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you will be responsible for supervising engineers and subcontractors, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and oversee the work of engineers and subcontractors on various sites.
* Conduct site surveys and provide quotations when required.
* Manage and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success.
* Participate in regular team meetings with management.
* Attend site meetings with clients to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns.
* Coordinate and arrange materials and tools required for site activities.
Experience and Certifications Required:
* Previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the security industry.
* Background as a Security Engineer, with experience progressing through the ranks.
* Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
