FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Receivable Assistant based in Angus. This is a Temporary contract on a rolling 1 month / ongoing basis, starting ASAP. Main duties include: Create and process all sales invoices, ensuring accuracy Agree, create & process credit notes when required Reconcile customer accounts Liaise with internal departments to ensure correct costs / prices Support with wider month end and year end processes Suitable candidates should have the following: Must be available Immediately or at short notice (circa 1-2 weeks max) Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger focused role Ability to work well in a team, and adapt to changing requirements Keen attention to detail, and ability to prioritise a high volume workload Candidates should be based locally to the Angus area, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
