Role - Customer Service Advisor
Basis - Temporary - 3-6 Months
Rate - £21.61ph
Location - Alfreton, Derbyshire
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, office based.
Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Providing detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
* Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues, aiming for satisfactory outcomes.
* Processing orders and returns efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Successful candidate will need:
* Previous experience in a customer service or related role is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
