Responsibilities: Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Providing detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues, aiming for satisfactory outcomes. Processing orders and returns efficiently Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
