We're seeking an exceptional Lead Nurse to join our team in vibrant Clapham Junction. You'll play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated nursing and health advising teams, working alongside the Clinical Service Manager to continue developing and delivering a modern, accessible, and inclusive sexual and reproductive health service for our diverse community.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential:
* Educated to Masters Level in Sexual Health related nursing or equivalent combination of post graduate diploma, courses and experience.
* Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
* Successfully completed teaching/assessing/preceptorship course.
* Evidence of comprehensive professional development.
* Relevant specialist courses/training.
* Leadership training.
* Non medical prescriber or willing to undertake.
Experience Essential:
* Recent clinical experience within level 3 integrated Sexual health service at a senior level.
* Extensive operational management experience ideally within a Sexual health setting.
* Experience of staff line management, managing people issues and supporting staff with training and development.
* Experience of implementing change management and service improvement projects to develop or improve services.
Skills Essential:
* Can evidence advanced clinical practice and in-depth clinical knowledge of patients within the specialty.
* Highly developed communication skills (written, oral, presentational and interpersonal).
* Develops and contributes to the development of guidelines in sexual health, contraception, and HIV.
* Proficient in commonly used IT applications eg Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint.
Key Attributes Essential:
* To work flexibly and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and independently, especially under pressure.
* Able to build effective working relationships at all levels within the Trust and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Compassionate and non-judgemental.
