Location: Wembley Stadium Contract Type: Fixed term (April to June 2025 with possibility to extend) Pay rate: £16.00 per hour Shifts: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week Role Overview: We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Warehouse Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehousing activities within the logistics department and support the Print & Post room from April to June with a possibility to extend until September. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities for Wembley Stadium and its events. Ensure efficient production, maintain high productivity and quality standards, and deliver excellent customer service to meet event targets within set deadlines. Support the Print & Post room with booking couriers, photocopying, and general post room support. Specific Duties: Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities. Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilise reports to project warehouse status. Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments around events. Make parcel deliveries to various departments around the stadium. Safely offload lorries and other vehicles using a forklift truck on the loading bay. General Warehouse Duties: Manage stock, including distribution & pick/pack requests. Process and fulfil stakeholder requests. Count new deliveries and input on in-house database. Restock, clear & maintain the warehouse. Deliver and replenish stock to other stakeholders. Control and manage inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data systems. Develop and evolve processes and procedures to improve performance and efficiencies. Perform other duties as required by the line manager. Uphold and promote stadium policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential). Reach truck licence (preferable). Previous experience as a warehouse operative. Clean and valid UK driving license (essential). Detail-oriented. Excellent communicator. Enthusiastic and self-motivated to achieve deadlines.
