As our Supported Living Worker, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have learning disabilities and autism to develop their skills to live more independently in their own home and in the community, in our good rated CQC service.

You have * A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or are prepared to work towards it! * Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail * Experience of caring for others, you may have worked in care before or have experience of caring for others such as family members or children * Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach * A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising every customer is different Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role. Job details * Friday 19:30pm-07:30am, Saturday 20:15pm-07:30am and Sunday 20:15pm-08:00am * Although you’ll work nights and lone work, we do get together regularly (in the daytime) for training and team meetings. * You must be Able to use technology to complete admin tasks such as audits, daily monitoring, scanning and archiving of documents, update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues. * You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
