Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with the market leader in Probate in the country. This client is looking for a Legal Manager / Team Leader to join their Probate Operations team.
Due to the success and increase in demand, the team has undergone a large expansion plan and has doubled in size with profits up by 163%.
The Team Leader - Probate Case Manager will have the opportunity to be based in either the Bristol or Sheffield office for 3 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for Probate Case Managers looking to progress their career.
As the Team Leader - Probate Case Manager you will:
Lead, develop and motivate your team to deliver performance targets
Be responsible for all line management duties for your team
Ensure and improve the quality of all legal work carried out within the team, providing legal and technical audit support to case managers
Positively implement change in the team and the wider department
As the Team Leader - Probate Case Manager you will have:
Technical probate knowledge with the ability to understand legal issues and resolve them through expert support
The ability to support, mentor and develop colleagues to improve their performance
A passion for delivering outstanding client service
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use management information (MI) effectively
