The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing, customer-focused business with ambitious sales targets and a high-performing self-employed sales force. We’re looking for a Sales Leader who can lead from the front, embed structured sales processes, and create a winning sales culture where top-performing reps thrive.
You’ll have full accountability for sales performance, sales operations, and sales enablement.
We’ll give you direct control over the Sales Support team, ensuring you have the tools, data, and reporting you need to drive performance.
Responsibilities
1. Lead & manage a team of self-employed direct sales professionals
2. Drive performance accountability through structured sales meetings, coaching sessions & 1:1s
3. Embed a consistent sales process from lead generation to close
4. Directly manage the Sales Operations & Enablement function (CRM, compliance checks, reporting)
5. Build and promote a best-in-class self-employed sales offering
6. Own recruitment, onboarding & retention of high-calibre sales reps
7. Provide hands-on coaching in the field and deal support to increase conversion rates
8. Ensure full compliance with FCA standards and company processes
9. Build a positive, winning sales culture

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing self-employed B2C direct sales teams (7+ years minimum)
* Experience building structured sales processes and driving CRM adoption
* A track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
* Hands-on coaching skills and the ability to lead from the front
* Experience working in a direct-to-consumer environment (ideally home appointments)
* Strong understanding of compliance and finance product sales (FCA experience preferred)
