We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Events Planner to join our Leadership and Personal Development Team. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone looking to take their first step in event planning and coordination, offering a rewarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
As an Assistant Events Planner, you will play a key supporting role in the seamless end-to-end delivery of Corporate Inductions, leadership and personal development events, and talent programmes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with external providers to arrange venues, catering, transportation, and equipment.
2. Coordinate events to ensure they run smoothly.
3. Manage records of expenditure and ensure the Purchase Order process is followed.
4. Provide administrative support to the Training Planners.
5. Maintain project plans for key events.
