Job Title: Data and Process Analyst
Salary: Starting from £38,000 plus an excellent benefits package
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

In this role you will:
* Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
* Ensure branch systems are functioning correctly and perform routine maintenance checks and updates.
* Support with new system implementation.
* Identify inefficiencies in branch operations and suggest improvements.
* Coordinate with other departments to support branch initiatives and projects.
* Work closely with the wider services department to deal with ad-hoc system enquiries.
* Look at processes and how we are using data, recommending improvements.
* Accurately input data into our bespoke systems, with excellent attention to detail.

* Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, proactively keeping them informed and up to date.
* Data Driven – the ability to use data to paint a picture for the business.
* Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
* Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks.
* Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail, understanding the story behind the data.
