Interim Strategic Asset Manager (HRA)
Fixed Term Contract/Secondment for 12 Months
Grade A - £56,582 to £59,165 per annum
37 hours per week
We are looking for a new Interim Asset Manager to join our Warwick District Council Assets Team with the drive to better our current offerings to our customers, colleagues, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review the existing asset management team structure.
2. Design and recommend a new HRA asset management service that would separate out the GF and HRA functions.
3. Prepare the HRA asset management team to re-integrate into the regulated housing department.
4. Work with the Council’s procurement consultant as the strategic lead for the Responsive Repairs re-procurement project.
5. Oversee the Asset Compliance Action Plan.
6. Lead the development of the HRA asset management strategy.
Location: The intention is for the postholder to work predominantly from home; however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. Office and hybrid working are also available.
