Motus Commercials in Derby is on the lookout for a dedicated Head of Parts Sales. You will join our friendly team to lead the East Midlands region parts departments which cover Derby, Nottingham, Sutton In Ashfield and Burton On Trent.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm

It would be advantageous if you had:
1. Knowledge of Kerridge systems.
This role is a senior leadership position within the Region, reporting directly into the Regional Director. This role will be responsible for formulating and executing Motus Commercials parts ‘outward and internal facing’ sales strategy and significantly driving forward the financial performance of the function.
Working closely with the Regional Director, Parts Sales Director and the Regional Leadership Team, central organisation, franchise partners and customers, you will be responsible for a diverse team that will deliver robust parts sales growth, margin targets and a high level of customer service in line with the Motus group parts strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Monitor and measure performance levels through KPI’s.
2. Ensure maximum efficiency is delivered to customers and the Workshop.
3. Motivate and lead the team to deliver maximum efficiency and sales growth.
4. Manage field-based sales teams.
5. Ensure the department is in line with manufacturer expectations.
