I am thrilled to support a financial services organisation to recruit an interim Workday Reporting Specialist to support their global HR analytics team. In this role you will be required to hit the ground running, and need little to no training in Workday reporting. Therefore, extensive Workday reporting experience is essential. You will work across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC regions, managing, using, and manipulating very large sets of data, and creating detailed HR reports within a wide range of subject matter. Given the very wide spanning security access this role has on a global scale, this will require adept skills or certifications within Workday reporting, and discretion within GDPR and data protection in the context of in-country laws and what data can be shared and reported on. This role will begin as a temporary assignment but depending on how things go there could be developments in the future. Key responsibilities: Develop, refine, and manage Workday reports while promoting self-service reporting solutions. Support workforce planning and analytics, creating dynamic dashboards. Design and implement interactive HR analytics dashboards with a user-centric focus. Hands-on experience with Workday, including Report Writer expertise. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Solid understanding of HR processes, workflows, and best practices. Generate comprehensive reports and analyses using Workday to meet stakeholder data needs. Ensure data consistency and accuracy in regional and global HR reports. Partner with HR teams to understand needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Present insights and recommendations to senior management through structured reports and presentations. Handle routine and ad hoc reporting requests across regional and global levels. Continuously validate and improve HR data integrity, reports, and key metrics. Collaborate with global HR and reporting teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Ensure compliance with global and local data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Contribute to global analytics and reporting projects. The role offers a competitive day rate of £350 to £450 on a PAYE day rate inside of IR35. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy. If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply, and contact Anton Blades at Frazer Jones via with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search. We are recruiting heavily within the HRIS space so are super keen to speak with you even if the above role isn't the perfect match or what you're looking for. Let's pick up a conversation.
