Our ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and an understanding of seasonal plant care requirements. Responsibilities
Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas.
Plant, transplant, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers according to seasonal needs.
Monitor plant health and implement pest control measures as necessary.
Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform other turf management tasks for optimal appearance.
Prepare soil for planting by tilling and mixing in nutrients as needed.
Ensure proper irrigation and drainage systems are functional and efficient.
Collaborate with landscape designers to implement seasonal changes and new plantings.
Requirements
Proven experience in gardening or horticulture, preferably in a professional setting.
Knowledge of various plant species and their care requirements throughout seasonal changes.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and spades.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards in landscape maintenance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of landscape design principles and plant aesthetics.
