Dispute Management Bill Cycle Process: ? Billing Dispute Management Services covers dispute management customer center, M&P, dispute call center & back office functions, Project management services, etc. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Bill Cycle checks by performing pre-bill run validations, Performa sample post bill run validations, generation and printing of Alt Media, ebill, etc. and loading of PDF invoices to the customer portal (Applicable to UB, GBP, DCS, Oracle, IES, and IBS-CLA & Canada bill cycles). Tools Development - Tooling/Requirements/ Work center balancing Analytics - Tech/Reporting Complex Billing Project Management - Escalation from front line to resolve complex billing issues Analyze and determine resolution actions of recurring billing issues Perform pre-bill validations and share anomalies with billing operations team Perform internal and external audits at periodic intervals & ensure adequate controls are in place for the observations identified.
