Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation that, due to a peak in workloads, needs support for their HR/People Team. The main purpose of the role will be to provide note-taking/minute-taking support for hearings and meetings conducted by the HR/People Team. The duties of the role are outlined below, and successful applicants will be able to demonstrate upon application having held a similar role previously.
Duties include:
1. Attending meetings either in person or online via Teams to take thorough notes during a variety of HR meetings (including performance reviews, appraisals, disciplinary)
2. Completing reports of meeting minutes/notes within 48 hours and allocating to portals/record appropriately
3. Corresponding and supporting the wider HR/People Team
4. Diary management to ensure that all hearings are booked and attended accordingly
What you'll need to succeed
1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
2. Minute-taking experience
3. Excellent administration and typing skills
4. A high level of professionalism, able to attend confidential/sensitive meetings
